Former Asha’s corporate chef launches Indian fine-dining cook book

Acclaimed Dubai-based chef Bobby Geetha has launched a new cook book around Indian fine dining.

Taken from dishes produced for his ‘FineDiningIndian’ YouTube channel, the former Asha’s corporate chef utilised his last three months on lockdown to produce the book of recipes

Geetha said: “I have to set an example for all chefs out there – each one of us is an artist in our own right. Don’t wait until someone offers a hand, just do amazing things with what is in your reach.”

The book, Fine Dining Indian: Easy to Cook Restaurant Recipes at Home, showcases the best techniques and ingredients to create a range of dishes including achari octopus, wildboar sausage vadapav, tapioca poppadum, and lamb sweet bread shami kebab.

The Indian chef has previously headed an upmarket restaurant in London and appeared on MasterChef UK season 8, reaching the semi-final.

Geetha’s book is available through Amazon’s self-publishing platform.
